*DO NOT PURCHASE REBUILT WELL PUMPS FROM THIS COMPANY* Purchased a rebuilt well pump from them and was given a 6 month warranty. Pump burnt up in 4 months had it professionally installed and had another professional come check it out and they confirmed it was not properly rebuilt. Took the pump back the replaced it with another rebuilt well pump and did not give another 6 month warranty but said we had 2 more months left on the original so they gave us the remaining time from the first warranty. 21 days is all it lasted so we had to bring it back for the 3rd time after paying professionals to check it out and install the 3rd they will not warranty the 3rd pump even after having multiple professionals prove it's the pumps being built too tight!

I like to support small businesses when I can. All the positive things others mention are true. Great staff and well stocked. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is that you can't return all items you purchase. If it turns out I got a wrong item, or don't need it,, I want to be able to return without worrying about it.That is something that ranks high for me and will deter me from using Bramlitt's in future.

Bramlitt’s has always got what I need. The folks are easy to work with and honest. Today they could have sold me a new tank, when I explained I had opportunity to pick up a used one and gave them the price they urged me to grab it as it was a good deal. Caring about a customers needs gives them a 5 star!

Bought a submersible pump from them had it for two days and it wasn’t the right gpm so I asked to bring it back and get my money back so i could get the right size else where and was told no so now I’m out 700$ and still having to buy another one

I went in 2/20/2020 and purchased a lot of cpvc fittings to repair problems I had at my house. These were items they had in stock, no special order items. On Monday 2/24/2020 I took the unused items back for a return and refund. I returned a little over $100.00 worth of fittings and was told I would have to pay a 20 percent restocking fee, which amounted to $25.00. Again this was for stock items. I questioned them about the fee and was told they had labor involved to put it back in stock. Which
meant they had to place item in three bins as I only had three different kinds of fittings which were small, elbows, tees and reducers.

I had also purchased some items from Home Depot which I did not need and returned them without any questions or return fee. Now tell me again why I should support our local store owners when they don’t support or appreciate their customers!!! Guess where I will be purchasing all my future plumbing items. I assure you it will not be Bramlitt’s. Buyer beware!!!!!

We drove 30 min to get the part we needed. We told Chip the part we needed.
We showed him the wrong piece that we bought somewhere else.
Chip brought out the 2 pieces that were correct and I was happy that we found what we needed. He asked what else we needed and made the sale.
When we got home, 30 min away, the parts were not in the bag. I called Chip and he claimed that we had the piece that we needed when we walked in and that he was just giving us the connections that we needed to connect that piece. I can not believe that he tried to convince us that it happened that way. Go look at security footage! 8/23 4:00ish (He brings out two matching parts that had a triple connection.)Admit when you are wrong and apologize! It added insult to injury when he tried to convince me of BS on top of the 20.00 that I wasted on gas to get there.

Associates were ready to help when I walked in. They have just about everything on the shelves one could ask for. First thing I noticed was the drinking fountain inside the door. Thought it was rainwater or something but it's actually a demo for a sulfur removal system. Who knew that well water could be so good. These guys know what they're doing.

From ownership to employees and facility to service, Bramlitt's Plumbing and Electrical is the epitome of a great business. Building the complex watering system here at the wolf sanctuary over the past month or two, I've had to visit them many times. Everyone there was knowledgeable and always eager to help me. Not too many good businesses like this out there anymore and their prices are great as well!!!. I've had the best of experiences there and will continue to purchase all of my plumbing and electrical supplies from Bramlitt's. 🙂
