Such a beautiful shop! I had such a difficult time deciding which pieces to go with as there were such a wide selection of gorgeous items. Scarlett was so helpful! She gave me some great tips and let me take my time deciding. I’ll definitely go again, as large as the store is I’m sure they’re always adding and updating. Highly recommend!

This place is an absolute gem. You get all the nostalgia vibes as soon as you walk in the door. I visit there several times a year to get my vintage shopping fix. I purchased so many wonderful pieces there over the years, from vanities, cupboards, and smaller accents. It's about a 45 minute drive for me, but so worth it. The owner is very pleasant and you can tell her heart embraces everything vintage and shabby. I'm heading back there in a few weeks with a friend and already anticipating a satisfying shopping experience. This darling wash cupboard/stand was my most recent purchase. When my wife and I moved to Florida many years ago we found that a great way to spend a day is driving to the smaller towns and visiting the local shops. Our major find to date has been the Vintage Garden in Arcadia. If you are looking for typical Florida "stuff" that looks good in Florida but when you get home you look at it and go, "What was I thinking?' just keep driving. This is one of the most unique shops you will visit, and indeed is a step back in time, in the best possible way. You will find things there you will most likely not see anywhere else. When we first visited the shop the conversation between my wife and me was more, "Wow, look at this!" and "Oh my, I haven't see one of those in years." My suggestion is to plan to spend a lot of time in the store because you will get hooked. The staff is best described as "old school" which for me is a good thing. They are there to help, to answer your questions and help you find things without being pushy. Over the years when my wife is looking for a special item for a gift or the house, we usually find a reason to start at the Vintage Garden. Put it on your list of places to visit. You won't be disappointed.

There was an event going on in town the and owner was just absolutely rude to the children during the event. Yes the store is beautiful and has beautiful items but DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN INTO THIS STORE.

Vintage gardens is a wonderful experience I've been shopping in that shop for a good many years come to Arcadia and spend the daymy taste is not one-hundred-percent shabby chic I love early antiques and I love Shaker furniture but I also really really like shabby chic furniture and accessories also also the shop has a very friendly atmosphere you will be pleased with your experience shopping there and all the really really cool stuff they have
