After a bad experience with DeSoto Appliance and repair with their claim of what was wrong with my Frigidaire washer, Richie was able to diagnose immediately and fix and it wasn't a 700 control panel as DeSoto appliance repair told me it was a water pump he fixed, reposition and leveled the washer for less than 400 including service call. It works great!! Thank you Richie

Found this through my home warranty. They came. And found one of the problems right away. The later concern took a few more visits. But no extra charges and they finally got some new diagnostic equipment that said exactly what was wrong. Now, though months later and many trips later, our dishwasher works perfectly. We called because our ice maker stopped working in mid December. He ordered a new ice maker, and we foolishly paid the full bill upfront. We then spent an agonizing 4 1/2 months with him showing up when felt like it, sometimes 8 at night, or not at all, installed 4 ice makers to no avail. I would have to send multiple messages before he would respond. Finally I told him to take the last ice maker out, since it wasn’t working either and to send us a refund for the part, not the labor, just the part. Over 2 months now, still no refund, and will not respond at all!

Don't use this company if you have a warranty repair. He had my wife pay him up front ($1063) for the entire repair, knowing the appliance company (LG) had special requirements and would provide the parts, if he had just called them and provided our information. No, he wanted to be paid now, not later. He even placed the wrong date on the service request,(incompetence or dishonesty). LG denied our warranty reimbursement because of the date he placed on the service request. Use this company at your own peril, we will not again!

This guy is excellent, fixed my issue quickly and with reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone. Customer service is out of this world, after finishing the job I hired him for he saw that I was putting some shingles on my roof by myself and he climbed up there to help me!

Great guy! Followed up until my problem with my oven was solved...I would highly recommend him! Had Richie back again for a dishwasher repair and install of a couple if lights...again, very prompt with next day delivery of the part...I would not use him for repairs other than appliances...95 an hour for labor is a little rich for me...but still, a great guy that gets the job done!
