I went in with a semi unusual job request. My HOA suddenly decided to essentially ban car covers as they implemented a rule stating the parking sticker and license plate must be visible. Thankfully, having a convertible, I'm allowed to have my parking sticker on my plate. But how to do I keep my car covered and have the plate visible? Enter an idea and a request to customize my already custom car cover. William said "no problem" right off the bat! He even recommended I purchase my own clear vinyl since he would have to purchase it by the yard. Not only that but he sat there with me and helped me pick out one on amazon that would work!! Talk about going above and beyond!! William quoted me an incredibly reasonable price to boot!! The project was a bit more difficult than expected but Willam kept to the price agreement! He was excellent in getting back to me and keeping me updated on the project. Now the craftsmanship...pure PERFECTION!

I'm cannot express how grateful I am that I found this shop and how INCREDIBLE the entire process was!!

Quality products yes … BUT attention to detail is not there. Gave me my truck back super dirty. Fingerprints everywhere. Invasion of black ants , check engine light and anti theft light on

After having starlights done, Told owner about having check engine light on , he came out to double check connections. Stated connections were fine but in reality no in light fuse was installed. Just wired it straight to cig lighter. Come to find out , His tech ended up damaging my BCM. Had anti thief alarm light on and would not go away. Vehicle had over 64 codes for non communication to different systems of the car. Pictures were sent to owner.

Owner claimed it was not the star lights that caused it but in reality , it was. He stated would “take care of the issue “ and pay to get it fixed.

Took car to dealership next day and $2700 later no reimbursement and no response to my initial claim for reimbursement.

They are good at upholstery but nothing mechanical so please be careful .. document your car before bringing it to them. Highly disappointed

I had them fix my convertible top and they did an amazing job! It couldn’t be better. Everyone says it’s a hard task and they did it perfectly. The team could impress me every time with the attention to details and the fact that they really care about your car, they are doing the service you asked for but if they see something that they could help, they wouldn’t hesitate! I had my first impression with Felix, he is awesome- helped me out with the first available slot to fit me since I have a trip coming up. So is his brother, William, very knowledgeable hard working… the team is absolutely great! Both of them, don’t mind to work extra hours to make you feel comfortable and help out.
