I have been dealing with this company for 2 years with a problem with our Sub-Zero 648 PRO refrigerator. We have had a leak from the ice maker drawer causing the drawer to freeze shut. It has leaked so long it has caused damage to our exotic wood flooring. They have been out a least 6 times to work on the problem and install new parts. (2 different techs). I have tried numerous times to contact the Service Manager. He has never taken the time to call me back after numerous request. Most of the staff in the office I have dealt with has usually had a negligent attitude. I have never had a problem paying for the parts but, I should not have been charged for a service call and labor each time for repeat trips for the same problem. I will never use the company again.

the sales folks were great and the service tech was excellent BUT BUT outcome HORRIBLE. We purchased high end appliances for our new house and had problems with the frig from day 1 . Serv tech was out NUMEROUS times and simply could not fix it. So he was in contact with Liebherr numerous times and after I called and called and called Mullets and would not get any call back from their service dept. The serv mng VM states he will call back in 24 hours but I think he means in never. Next purchase is from Jessups or AJ Madison. In the end Liebherr finally replaced the frig after 1 year YES 1 year this is CRAZY. Only because I started calling Liebherr directly otherwise nothing would have happened. So run as fast as you can from Mullets is my opinion due to service being a JOKE.
Adding a comment after the owner replied; Only one service tech was excellent (Nate) BUT your serv mng NEVER returned calls and the ladies in the serv dept simply take mesgs and do nothing else. Then I would call back and they acted surprised that no one called me. Regardless your responsibility to stand behind your product. Mr Owner you have my cell feel free to call me

Our tech, Nick, is the greatest. We were his last appointment of the day and he was running late but connected with us to see if we could still have him come. He worked overtime and finished about 8 o’clock but was able to pinpoint our problem and recommend a fix for our new oven. Can’t thank him enough for his friendly and knowledgeable attitude.

From the salespeople, Doug is my go-to-guy, to their selection of quality products to their Delivery and Service Departments they are truly a 5 star company. Hands down, reputable, dependable, honest, and a joy to do business with.

Bought a full kitchen package of Thermador appliances 4 years ago. All but the cooktop have required major service. Several waited weeks for the parts to come in from Thermador. Thank goodness Mullets service was easy to deal with and helpful working through some claims on parts that were defective from the factory. In particular, Nick did a great job quickly diagnosing the problems and installing the replacement parts when they came in. He also helped me obtain some very significant financial concessions from thermador on very expensive parts that were defective but out of standard warranty. Can’t say very much positive about the Thermador product but bravo Nick and Mullets service.

I contacted this company to repair a dishwasher that wasn’t working. I had previously purchase other products here so thought they would be responsive. When trying to schedule it was going to be a couple of weeks. Once they did come out, they said there was nothing wrong. Its quite binary as it either works or not. I contacted service again and asked next steps as it was still not working. They said it would be another couple of weeks. Thinking this unacceptable I asked to speak with a supervisor (Jarod, I think). This was the most adversarial and rudest person I have encountered in long time. Once I realized he didn’t care about me as a customer I terminated the call and called someone else. They came out same day, identified and resolved the problem within an hour. This service manager is clueless on what “Customer” and “Service” means. It pays to shop around.

I applaud the response and service I received from Mullets Appliances! My SubZero freezer was not cooling. Of course it happened on Sunday so I emptied the freezer into my neighbor’s and called Mullets Monday morning. Their technician Nathan was here within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, and went to get the necessary parts. He explained the situation to me and returned two hours later. Soon my freezer was running fine. Fast expert work is so appreciated when a freezer full of food is at stake! I’m a very satisfied customer of Mullets after multiple service calls over recent years.
