Colleen moves quickly and always manages to schedule service in time. She is so pleasant to talk with and understands just what is wrong. Then Mike and Tony come as scheduled, diagnose and repair. And all while being pleasant as well as knowledgeable and experienced repairers. All three can be counted on, especially when service is urgently needed. Can't say enough praise.

We have used Broward Factory for over seven years and would not go anywhere else. We see the same technicians Mike and Tony each time we need them. They are both amazing, not only giving advice on our appliances, but also sharing knowledge with other issues. They are always on time and it is easy to call the office to get an appointment. When you consider how much other companies charge for “call out” visits, our maintenance service pays for itself. I would highly recommend Broward to my friends and family. You will not find a better service both professionally and economically.

We've been with Broward since 1989. If anything could go wrong with appliances at our home, they did...Broward has always been there for us and hope they continue to do so. Always on time, their techs have been outstanding and the repairs lasted until items needed replacing. And with the upgrade of the Gold Plan...they honor their agreement. Saved me literally thousands of dollars in repairs over the years. Even when parts became scarce, Broward always secured whatever was needed and repaired the appliance. Even wrote us a check to purchase a new refrigerator that could not be repaired. All the other companies out there charge a fee to show up, not Broward!!! I would be remiss if I did not reach out to tech's Mike and Tony. Total pro 's...and caring and friendly as can be! Also, special thanks go out to Colleen who keeps the ball rolling for Broward in this area!

Starting with Colleen in the office, she is always very pleasant and professional. Mike, the HVAC tech has been GREAT thru our issues. He is always polite, professional and gets the job done RIGHT! We have had Ryan also as our "issue" was complicated. Ryan diagnosed our situation, made a positive recommendation and helped resolve our problem. Sean in Ft.
