I sincerely want to thank Franklin Lighting, their Manager and Sales Staff for being there to support us. Our fan was slightly out of warranty, but Franklin sent a technician out to remove and replace the slightly defected ceiling fan. They treated us with the greatest respect and I would highly recommend buying locally through them instead of off the internet. They will back their product with great customer service.

I have bought numerous items from Franklin’s to decorate my new home. Their stock and customer service are top notch. I had some issues with one of the ceiling fans I purchased not working properly. Every time they came out and fixed the issue. When it was finally determined that the fan was defective they swapped it out for a new one even though it had been over a year since the original purchase. Pamela helped me pick out a new fan and arrange for their service rep to install. I highly recommend this business. There pictures and floral arrangements are amazing too!

Nice selection of bathroom vanity lights and coach lights. Not impressed with the selection of pendant lights. Very large showroom but watch your step as it is a bit cluttered.

My wife & I were very impressed with Franklin Lighting in Sarasota. We found the store to be well laid out and fully stocked with a wide range of lighting options, ceiling fans, mirrors and artwork. The team member who met us upon entering, Diane, was welcoming and explained the layout of the store options and suggested how to casually stroll the store at our leisure and comfortably narrow down our interests. She kept her distance while we shopped occasionally checking in to answer questions. Diane was very well schooled on the features and benefits of each item we asked about. She explained delivery & payment options clearly. We ended up purchasing a lovely dining room light fixture and three ceiling fans. We will shop there again and highly recommend the store and Diane.

We had a great experience here choosing new pendant lights & a chandelier! There’s a large selection and the prices were decent! We were able to bring home our pieces same day, they gave suggestions for local electricians as well! Will definitely be back when we’re ready to update more!
