Having been a while that I don’t do any reviews but how couldn’t I do it for this store!? You have to stop by! The place is amazing! All the furniture has its own style. Style shows who you really are and stays forever... So you will easily find your style there, and grab it before another one do first.
Check the pics and video up. Cassandra and Debbie are sweet people.

Purchased a custom Century couch from this company for over $13k. The bottom cushions lost their shape the first time we used the couch. Their Customer Service Supervisor says this is normal and they are not willing to resolve the issue. However , they will make better cushion inserts for $1250 more.
We will never purchase from Robb & Stuck- it to me again. HORRIBLE way to treat a repeat customer!!!

Lost money with first robb & stuckey but decided to give them another opportunity since they reappeared. Purchase went well aside from a custom carpet I waited a YEAR for, then when I finally received it, it was the incorrect color. They provided my refund after I phoned 2-3 times after letting them know I received incorrect color. Would not recommend purchasing there.

We used Helene Brown to decorate our new Bay Harbor Islands condo. She was fantastic. She took care of everything including built ins, wallpaper, design and furniture. She made it so easy for us. This was a challenging project as we were in Pennsylvania, and the building had numerous delays. She actually met our subcontractors at the apartment and supervised all their work. We are incredibly happy with everything she did for us and continue to get numerous compliments from all of our friends.

Amazing showroom, quality products, and choices galore! Helene Brown was a rock star!! She was very helpful in helping us compare swivel and reclining chairs.
The store manager did a great job also. They certainly know how to treat their customers.

I like what I saw and appreciated the way my shopping experience was handled by the design rep and the accounting manager. There was a small issue with my Design Partners Program account, which was my own fault, I appreciate the way they took care of it, no one got excited or developed any attitudes, my client was happy and everybody was happy. The name of the game is good customer service, the same way I bend back ward for my clients often times, R & S did the same for me so it was a win-win for everybody. Please keep up the good work, best of luck...Thank you!
