Josh technician, came over tested refrigerator, found compressor not working, put in new one. Checked everything, ran tests. Explained everything that had to done. Josh did a really good job on refrigerator. Also asked if I had any other questions, very knowledgeable and kind. If I ever need appliance repair work again, Josh is the go to. Highly recommended. 3 year old LG refrigerator developed a serious problem. Contacted LG customer support and they were no help. Called Royal Electronics and they were out the next day. Andrew was very thorough, found the problem but parts needed to be ordered. Josh came once the parts were received, installed the new parts and the refrigerator is working again. Great service! We were unable to replace our water filter correctly on our LG refrigerator. John's Appliance recommended Royal to us. Royal sent Josh to fix our problem. He contacted us the morning of the appt. He let us know at approximately what time he would be here. He arrived promptly as quoted. He was able to explain our problem to us and repaired it without difficulty! Josh was friendly and knowledgeable and also offered advice on increasing the longevity of our refrigerator. We would not hesitate to use Royal, and Josh again if necessary!

I highly recommend Royal Electronics. Andrew and Stan were professional and did a great job fixing my microwave despite having to find a part sold only by Viking and dealing with the creative installation of my appliances when the house was built. They were terrific and I’m very happy with their work. I have already recommended them to friends.

3 year old LG refrigerator’s compressor went out and the technician Josh was amazing that was sent to repair. He was the most thorough technician we have ever had come to do repairs. I plan on keeping the card for future reference as needed.

I would recommend Royal Appliance to anyone needing service. The display on my Samsung fridge was malfunctioning and I filed a claim with the extended warranty company. The first two repair companies they sent had no clue how to diagnose the issue and then lied and said they fixed it. I filed my 3rd claim and Royal Appliance came out. Andrew, knew exactly what he was doing and how to do it. He performed a bunch of test on the display via the engineer mode that I didn't know it had. He did a bunch of test, checked the wire harness and metal contacts and tested the display again. He concluded display needs to replacing. 2 weeks later he showed up with new replacement panel and now the display is working again. Outstanding work and this is what sperates Royal Appliance from those other companies that have no clue what they're doing.

Had my 65" LG installed. Tech was awesome, set everything up, showed me how to use remote, even brought his own table to work on. And removed my old tv! Very knowledgeable, but he was a cubs fan...Highly recommended!

Very professional. Josh showed up as expected and took his time making sure he checked everything on our refrigerator. He had us up and running the same day. After a horrible experience with another company, we were so relieved when Royal Electronics stepped in and made things right. 100% recommend!
