Vince their manager, helped me place this order. I showed him pictures of a furniture site online. Not only was he able to get them for me he was able to price match them, too.

I needed them by Christmas so he suggested when I should place the order and just like Santa they arrived on time.

Vince has a great deal of knowledge with different brands. He’s wonderful and I highly recommend him and the store.

Very beautiful retro,contemporary and even old world furniture, friendly family owned business, ask for Justin or Mark they are very kind and knowledgeable about the quality of antique furniture. Very nice and bigger than what you see from the outside of the building. And Louella is the cutest and sweet go visit just to say hi.

I don't even know how to start a review of this place. It's not that I want to be mean - they're local. But it's just...weird.

The store is gigantic, to start with. But the space somehow also feels cramped. At first, it's just an old, giant, overpriced local furniture store. Until you work your way to the back. Way back. Further back. They're, you'll find relics from - what, the 70s?- that they're still selling for absurd prices despite the fact the pleather is cracked or even peeling. There's a room of old - and I mean that in the worst way - display lamps that still retail like they're designer and new. It's bizarre. Go just to marvel at that room.

The help made me feel uncomfortable in a used car salesman way - minus the one lady who was actually friendly. The rest kinda just stare.

With the other options around, I scratched this one off the list despite initially really wanting to check it out.

After a move, we needed furniture for an entire livingroom. In the past, buying furniture has never been anything we enjoyed. This experience was very different.

Upon entering Claussen's, we were greeted by Terri. She made this dreaded experience FUN! But, even better than that, she helped figure out what we actually needed, and wanted to give our livingroom the feel, and look we were hoping for. She did this, all while making sure it would be functional for our family, and our needs.

When it was time to deliver the pieces, we received the best white glove service we have ever experienced. These guys were professional, careful, and friendly.

We could not be happier. The service, the pieces, and the reasonable pricing exceeded all of our expectations!
