I am thrilled with Rosner’s coming to our rescue when my husband and I arrived at our vacation home in Palm Beach to find our refrigerator was dead. A person at our condo complex recommended Rosner’s because they were a local established store, and he thought they might be able to help us. I spoke to Dan on the phone who told us they had one left of the model we wanted but didn’t think we would be able to have it delivered until a week later. He suggested we come down, and we arrived a half hour before closing. To our amazement they were actually able to arrange for a delivery the next morning! Thank you to the man in charge and to Dan, who all went out of their way to make it all work for us. It was successfully delivered the following morning, and we are very happy with the entire experience!

We recently purchased appliances for our kitchen and had the opportunity to work with Dan Thurston at Rosner's, The Appliance Experts. We ordered Jenn Air appliances including a built in refrigerator, built in range/microwave, 6 burner stove top, wine cooler, exhaust and Dishwasher.

When we first went to the store, and met Dan, we were unclear as to what brand to purchase especially since there are many brands in the higher end market. I have to say, Dan took his time with us, explained the differences with the appliance brands including the positives and negatives, put together a package that was perfect for our needs and made the entire process easy. Dan's follow up has been exceptional; he is also EXTREMELY knowledgeable and EXTREMELY patient!

Regardless of your budget, you will find Rosner's to be a professional organization....and Dan is part of that professional team...and the person I would use again and again...and certainly the individual I would HIGHLY recommend!

Exceptional Service at Rosner's!

We recently purchased an appliance package at Rosner's and had an outstanding experience. Our sales associate, JC Saint Fleur, was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and provided excellent guidance in selecting the right appliances for our needs.

We were particularly impressed by JC's willingness to accommodate our request for a delayed delivery, which allowed us to coordinate with our renovation schedule. He also responded promptly to our requests for invoices, which were crucial for us to complete our rebate applications.

We highly recommend Rosner's and Mr. Saint Fleur to anyone in the market for new appliances. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is exceptional.

Went to look for a refrigerator and a dishwasher. The salesman Chris greeted us at the door and went through different models that we like. However, I have to go home to make sure the measurements of the opening will fit. Unfortunately the fridge and brand I liked is too tall. I researched online to see which brand what options I have. Found 2 and called them back and they have it at their warehouse too. Prices are competitive to Home Depot and Lowes. But Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful, so we bought the appliances from them. If you want appliances, might as well go to a store that knows their products rather than a big box store.
