Our salesperson, Nick was awesome! My wife and I told him what we were looking for and he showed us a number of options that not only fit our needs, but went above and beyond what we were looking for.
The staff are the store was very courteous, supportive, & pleasant all around.

I did come in with little knowledge of buying a bed. It was on clearance but it was still $900. The salesman was good. The only thing I didn’t like is I felt he was lieing to me to talk me into buying a bed cover but he’s a salesman and I could have said no. Or asked for details on warranty. My concern is the bottom where the side handle is is ripping and was ripped when picked it up. I didn’t want to bring it all the way back at my cost to exchange it so I kept this one. But check the mattresses before you leave the store. Especially where the handles stress the mattress.
I’m told I have a 10 year warranty but it wasn’t explained very well what would be covered or not. The salesman made it sound like any little thing would be covered but then sold me mattress cover because it wouldn’t be covered without it. But that’s a salesman for you. If I ever do return I will have a better understanding on what to look for.

Stephanie was the best! She was very patient with us and very friendly. She was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs and helped me make the best furniture selection. I had only planned to look and then shop around a little more, but this was a one and done stop. With so many selections to choose from and great prices, I didn’t need to go anywhere else.
