I spent $1,550 on a timing belt that was not necessary. He changed the spark plugs in 2 weeks later. They fell out of the car. He did my tires one time and never tighten the lug nuts. I had one left house in a tire on by the time I got home. This was obviously very dangerous. I would not recommend Thompson Auto to anyone for anything, not even your lawn mower.

Always satisfied with the services. He does great job on repairs & doesn't repair what isn't broken. Hence, didn't try to tell me I need new break pads when doing my rotors. He said pads are fine. NO need to replace them.

A one man show that seems like there are far more! John, the owner at Thompson Auto Care is knowledgeable, attentive, and all around good guy. Shop is dated sure, but it's a mom and pop local garage that does great work. I'll take good service and repairs over a flashy, overpriced, dealer any day.

Fantastic service! I turned up with 2 kids for an emissions test, and they went above and beyond to help me and completed the test quickly, getting us on our way asap! Couldn't have asked for more! What good, old fashioned, excellent service looks like. Thank you!

Had my auto emissions tested here. My car was taken in right away and was done in 5 minutes. The person who tested my car was very accommodating. I recommend him highly highly!

John did a complete diagnostic of engine, because i thought the engine was running rough. He checked filters and readjusted gaps on spark plugs. He took for a ride and said the engine ran great. I told him i had the motor mounts changed about 6 months ago and said that might be the problem. when i save a little more cash i will have them replaced. I would recommend Thompson Auto Care to all my friends.
