We had a totally positive experience with the team at D&D Homes during the construction of our house. Julie, Jen and Katrina were all total pros demonstrating both an understanding of our design goals and the exact products to deliver an exceptional finished result. The showroom is so lovely and filled with a beautifully curated selection of plumbing fixtures, tiles, lighting and hardware designed to fit a range of aesthetics. We were impressed with D&D's responsiveness to all our questions and follow-up on all our orders. It was a pleasure to work with Julie and her entire team and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We love D&D!

Extremely Unprofessional and Dismissive. Julie takes priority of answering her cellphone rather that assisting us with our project during the appointment we set. Additionally have come to learn she will buy the supplies and "high end" materials from Amazon and Home Depot and then mark them up almost 400%. I would give her negative stars if I could for how unprofessional Julie is. I really am Unsure how someone like her is able to stay in business. Customer Service goes along way

I would give D&D and Julie P. negative stars if I could. She was rude, unresponsive, and didn’t care about the client at all. Also, we had a custom tile made that had to be reproduced because it was a mess, and when it came back a mess the second time Julie refused to rectify the issue. Avoid this place and Julie at all costs, there are so many other better shops out there to choose from who have nice people to work with.

Julie and the team at D&D provide a professional boutique type experience while educating our clients and presenting a great variety of quality materials without being overwhelming. The staff works together with our clients to give productive design direction to improve our projects and help our team manage the selection process more efficiently. We highly recommend stopping in the showroom, which is beautiful, to see a refined selection of plumbing, tile, wall coverings, lighting and accessories.

I have had the pleasure of working with the lovely ladies at D&D on numerous projects i the past few years. They are knowledgeable and have an impeccable taste for style without trying to just sell you on the most expensive item in the showroom. Highly recommend stopping by the showroom whether you have a project underway or just looking for some new inspiration.

Don't use this company if you want an on-time project with good workmanship or if you want to be treated with respect. Bathroom project delayed months. Wall paper job was not good and they wouldn't even come and look at the work to see if there were issues. Conversations were dropped. Emails weren't responded to. Unprofessional emails sent criticizing the customer.
