Great experience! Will was very helpful with design ideas and went above-and-beyond to help with several projects. Tile was beautiful and came in quickly! They did not charge for freight or “warehouse transfer fees” like other companies nearby.

Had a custom vanity built. Brian was great and super easy to work with. We designed a few styles of vanities in the store and were happy with the final product. Minor issue with the vanity coming from the manufacturer either QC or delivery mishap, either way emailed the concern to Brian and it was resolved that day. Fair price and great communication throughout the whole process. Will / Would use again in the future.

We have had an exceptional experience with Brian, designing a kitchen for a home renovation. Brian delivered a perfect design, steered us towards appropriate cabinets, and sent us out to select a counter top. Everything we selected has been in stock. Our cabinets were delivered to our home on Tuesday, and the driver could not have been more helpful! So far, this has been a wonderful experience. Next ... tile with Will!

Terrible, terrible business. Zero profesionalism at this store. Go down the street to Tile America, much better customer service. The only reason we stopped here was because we got confused between the names and they had a specific tile we liked that Tile America did not carry. We had to follow up with Will numerous times when we were told he would call us back. Do they not want any business?
I would not have even bothered writing this, but we were told we could return the extra boxes of tile minus a shipping fee by Will. When we went to return the tile we were told that we could not and that they never said that we could.
Another example of their customer service was when I drove 45 minutes and was stuck in traffic, only to get there 5 minutes before the store closed. We were ready to order tile and we were told we had to leave because it was closing time... he couldn't give us 10 minutes because "it was dinner time".
Will never deal with them again. I don't know how they stay in business.

Kitchen renovations are big! Will and Brian made our kitchen project go very smoothly. Both are very knowledgeable and were helpful as we made our choices for cabinets, countertop, backsplash, and flooring. They communicated regularly with our contractor and everything came in as scheduled and was ready for installation. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and highly recommend Genrose/American Tile & Stone!

if i could give 0 stars, I would. I hadn't even had the opportunity to shop at this place yet. When I called to get information, an associate answered the phone, I asked "do you guys by chance install the tile if it is purchased from you?" and the guy hung up. I called right back thinking that it was just my phone acting crazy, and got the same result. I called a third time, hoping to speak with someone else, and when my call was answered this time, he did it again!! Are potential customers now allowed to ask questions? ridiculously rude, and terrible customer service. I'm glad this happened BEFORE i spent my money with people this unaware of proper business etiquette. Terrible "business" establishment. Stay away.
