I bought a new refrigerator and dishwasher. From walking in the show room to closing the door everything could not have gone better and smoother. I went in knowing what I didn't want and a rough idea of what I did want. Pat helped me figure out what I did want and we found it! GE for both!! And we came in on my planned price. They delivered yesterday. To get the refrigerator in they had to go through the front door. They even shoved the walk way!!! Way above and beyond. I could not be happier. Big shout out to Pay, Eugene, Tommy and the kind nice man who installed the dishwasher, I didn't catch his name!! Bravo!! Will definitely use them AGAIN!!!

I’ve purchased all my appliances at Lew White in Brookfield Ct. That includes a through the wall air conditioner, washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove top oven, range hood, and dishwasher. All recently in 2024. Others in 2023.
The best sales experience, best price on quality appliances, best warranty service, best installation all from a local business!

Last week, I won the trifecta of appliance purchasing! my over-the-range microwave died after 21 years of faithful service, leaving me with the task of finding a replacement. My search was guided by two basic principles. I like to shop local, and I always comparison shop for price and value., Based upon a previous positive experience purchasing a refrigerator, my search began - and ended - at Lew White Appliances. Now, that is a local store, and, after a no-pressure conversation regarding models, prices, and the cost of installation which included cost comparisons with nearby big-box retailers, my two principles were satisfied. It was only after the installation, however, that I realized my trifecta had been won. The service technician called when on their way, arrived on time, and proceeded to complete the most professional and efficient removal and installation that I have ever experienced. Not a motion was wasted; counters and stove were protected from possible damage; the tools which were needed were all there; parts and pieces were removed from their packaging and arranged perfectly for use; the technician's expertise was amazing; removal of the old and installation of the new proceeded step by step without a single "re-do;" and, even a complex venting situation was resolved without interrupting progress. It was certainly something to watch - a true professional doing what he does best. And, at the end, with the new microwave proudly in place, all remnants of the old were neatly packed and removed, and the entire area was left as it had been. So, for a friendly, local business with good pricing and value and the best technical staff I have ever seen, I could not recommend Lew White Appliances more highly!

Thanks to Lew White Appliance in Monroe for their outstanding service. We had a fridge and a stove delivered and installed.
Tom is very knowledgeable and helpful and was so easy to work with. He helped me place the order quickly. In addition he gave me a better deal than the big stores!! Deliverers/installers were on time, super nice and completed the install very quickly. We had an issue with the fridge and Tom went above and beyond to send someone to fix it. If you’re looking for new appliances please shop local at Lew White!

This is our second great experience with the Lew White organization.
.
The first was 7 years ago with the speed queen clothes washer. That machine is a work horse!
We just purchased all GE Appliances for our re-do of Kitchen.
Dish washer, Oven/stove and French door refrigerator.
The refrigerator had an issue ( from manufacturing) with the bottom drawer not closing correctly. A technician was sent out, saw the problem, ordered the parts, came back and everything is perfect.
Pat in Brookfield handled it all.
Prices are competitive and you have a person to deal with
