Staff friendly and helpful. Rachel was especially helpful and patient while we decided on a new couch. She explained and pointed out special features of various couchs. She answered all our questions, then left us alone to talk and think about what we wanted. After we made our selection Rachel turned us over to Mary. Mary helpfully helped us complete paperwork to make our chosen purchase.
All in all very pleased with experience. We made several purchases for our Park Model home a few years ago. Have been very happy with purchases and Newberrys service and personnel.

Helpful people and the delivery and setup fee is so minimal I can hardly drive my truck for the cost. Mor furniture had free delivery but I would have to pay almost 5 times as much for setup. I bought a sleeper sofa from them before and I love it.

After purchasing a couch one day, I went back, the next day to look at an end table. They were very helpful in looking at stock,, measuring and searching the web for options. I left empty handed but went back a couple hours later. My concern was the color match of what they had in stock. They were willing to let me buy a table with the understanding I could return it if the color was wrong. My point, the staff at Newberry's is ready, willing and understanding to work with you. The people at Newberry’s are awesome to work with. Great prices and knowledge. Unlike the mattress store by Home Depot which we had been to earlier in the day. We found exactly what we wanted for a very affordable price.

Alway friendly and helpful have been buying from them now for five years and they sell things at a reasonable price and their quality is genuine. My first stop whenever I need something. Today it was two nice rocker recliners for the price of one $599. Try to beat that Thank You

Found what I needed with a kind salespersons help. She hauled out two heavy fabric sample books. Looked at a big screen to get a match. Asked if she could hold my sofa until my new floor is in and that was no problem. Very, very impressed with the service.
