All staff were very polite and helpful through the entire process of choosing a recliner, fabric for it and making a special order for an electric model. When I called to ask about time of arrival, a person working in the stock room answered politlely and put me in touch with the front office. Very impressed.

Ken and all the staff at this store are truly amazing. They went out of their way to find a replacement remote for my Aunts chair even thought he chair was not purchased from their store. Due to the amazing customer service we are considering further purchases. Customer service of this level is so rare these days and therefore, all future furniture purchases my family makes will be from this store. We had wonderful sales ladies. We purchased large lazy boy recliners. When we got them home we realized they didn't fit our short frames well. Flairmont took them back and ordered the ones we needed.
