Omg where do I begin!!! Service & quality is outstanding. Never in my life have I received such good customer service and keep in mind I’m in California!!
If you’re in need of ANYTHING this is the place to go. I can say I absolutely trust them with my eyes closed. They went above and beyond for me. I called customer service on a Saturday and Tucker Richmond answered the call and he was on the road he pulled over and answered every question I had. Stylish western wear and wonderful customer service! I have not been to the store front but ordered online and the team was just great to work with. My shipment arrived quickly and I love the dresses I bought, I will definitely order from them again instead of Stetson direct because the customer service was far better than Stetson!!
