This place is great! A true mountaineering store with proper gear. Owner was friendly and helpful all the times I've been in. Nice selection of ice tools and crampons. As a bonus, they stock Unparallel climbing shoes which I haven't seen in any other store. Stoked to have a local place instead of having to buy at a big corporate store.

Disappointed in the attitude of the owner. Not friendly at all and no sense of community. I had higher hopes for the new business as an addition to our town, but history tends to repeat itself I guess. #deboulderizelyons

THIS IS THE ONLY SPOT IN COLORADO WITH UP MOCCS!!!!! The staff here is absolutely amazing, especially Tony. He was so helpful and super knowledgeable. If you're looking for anything.... come here.

Really excellent mountaineering store. Their inventory is a great balance of the essentials if you forgot something on your way up to the mountains (sunscreen, hats, etc), all the way up to serious climbing and mountaineering gear. They have probably one of the best selections of high-end climbing gear on the front range from DMM and Wild Country trad gear to great footwear options including all the newest Unparallel shoes.

Bought an awesome pair of approach shoes there that i couldnt find anywhere else and the staff was super helpful. Also stopped in a couple times for quick gear pickups on my way to various activities.

Go check them out, new shop thats absolutely worth supporting!

Great little spot with everything you need to get outdoors! The staff was so friendly and helpful when we forgot something before camping in the mountains. It also sounds like they have some cool events and classes in the works. Can’t wait to come back!
