Went in to get gift cards and, although I was able to get them, there was a bit of confusion. One employee at the register said she hadn't been trained on how to do them so I waited for the other. He helped me but it did take a while as he repeated the instructions out loud to himself for each card he did. He was very nice about it though and overall it was a pleasant experience. I wasn't in a hurry but if you are, then you might want to store up some patience, or choose a different location.

I just had the most wonderful experience with this store. I was in need of some help and at my wits end on how to solve a problem. Everyone was friendly and Ralph helped me solve my issue. Beyond exceptional customer service. This is my go-to hardware store now. So thankful.

This is the only hardware store that I want to go to anymore. The employees here are such an asset to this store. Every time I shop here, I’m greeted right as I walk through the door, and at least one person always asks me if I need help finding anything. The big box stores make me miserable! There is never anyone around to help, and if you do find someone, they don’t know where anything is. God forbid you ask them how to do something, you would only be met with blank stairs and shrug. I appreciate that ACE hires folks with knowledge and experience. Coming here, it’s like I get to talk to my dad, my grandpa and my uncle, all in one place. Not to mention, I bought my Traeger smoker from you and you did the assembly for me. You all restore my faith in customer service. Thank you.

I had agreat experience at this Ace hardware! I had a unique piece of hardware I needed to find. A member of the team at Ace (sorry I didn't catch his name, he is a tall gentleman with white hair) helped me find the piece & made some adjustments to it so it would properly fit the picture frame I was trying to fix. You won't find service & knowledge like that at those big stores. Thank you!

Most Ace Hardware Stores I've been in are very helpful and well staffed, but I think this one was very short staffed when I visited. I asked for a particular piece of hardware and was told to check aisle 5 or 6. I found it on another aisle after several minutes of searching. This particular store was very well stocked, just not very well staffed

I typically love Ace and the wonderful employees, however was very taken aback by the rudeness of their younger employees at the cash register this evening. I am currently on crutches, and was denied assistance retrieving a final item because they were “closing in 5 minutes,” and was told to “come back in the morning.” The older gentleman at the entrance however was very helpful and kind. Perhaps he could offer some lessons on customer service.
