I do not recommend them. They have been suppose to come fix my washer an dryer now for 2 days. Have not showed up nor called to let me know anything. When I call them I get nothing but the run around. I've took off work for 2 days now waiting. If your one guy you have can't get the jobs done nor call the customer an let them know they are running behind maybe you need to get some more help or someone who cares about letting their customers know something. Sorry just really upset ?

Service is great. They service most appliances they sell window unit A.C.s, furniture, home theatre equipment, and T.V.s they will also allow payment plans. The only downside is they are a little expensive if your on a tight budget but will work with you.

Always good furniture and appliances. Have bought several pieces of furniture and several appliances over the years. When you buy something you ways get it the same day delivered. Very reasonable prices compared to shopping in the larger cities. Recommend looking and buying here before driving an hour or more away to other cities.

In November 2020, my Whirpool washing machine started leaking. Ramage is the warranty provider for Whirpool. Ramage came and looked at the machine, said they needed to order a part. They never called back. I called them on December 22, 2020 and the part still had not come in. Again, not hearing from Ramage, I called again on March 5, 2021 and they had no idea who I was or any records my needing the part and machine serviced. I went through the whole process again and they said someone would be out on Tuesday, March 12th. I have been calling ever since and can not get anyone on the phone and unable to leave a message as it says " enter your remote access code" rather than the ability to leave a message for a returned call. WORST SERVICE EVER. I am calling Whirpool to find a new servicer.
