Lisa was very knowledgeable with the different products n styles. Mark came out to our home to measure n had a installer at our home within a week.Our flooring came out beyond beautiful. California Carpets and More came into our home to totally remodel our kitchen after a previous contractor's remodel resulted in an unusable kitchen. The previous contractor took 6 months and did nothing but damage the kitchen more, while California Carpets and More took two weeks to complete a brand new kitchen, with upgraded countertops, a whole new layout that involved moving plumbing, as well as installing completely new waterproof laminate floors. Cabinets are custom and soft close. Countertops and floors are high grade. Furthermore, the most important part business experience to us is with the owner Mark Suddaq, who is down to earth, extremely professional, and is an expert in all aspects of business and remodeling, as well as being on top of clients and communication. This experience was so excellent that we have signed another contract with Mark to do all the floors in our upstairs as well as the staircase. Would highly recommend Mark for any remodel work.

Did quite a few projects with these guys. Mark is a brilliant and attentive soul who genuinely cares and works hard to ensure a positive and successful outcome for every job the company tackles. As a veteran renovator, I can attest anyone's project is in the best hands using this company. I've done business with the other shops around the valley and CC&M is the best bang-for-the-buck. Gamble if you want to, but as it stands this is the only place I'd do serious renovation business with in the whole high desert, the whole Los Angeles area for that matter.

I bought carpet a year ago, and it still looks beautiful! The installer did an excellent job of removing old carpet and spend a lot of time scraping and cleaning the concrete before laying the new padding. I referred this company to two other people, and they also got great service. Thank you!

Charles is the man! Great experience. We wanted to replace the carpet in the house. Stopped by the store with the family. Was greated warmly by everyone there. They took time to explain all our options. Charles even came over that afternoon to measure the house and provided us with sample options.

Had the carpert installed a couple days later. The installers where extreemly friendly and professional as well. What more can I say? Happy about the price, great service and carpet looks/feels great. Would highly recommend.

Use extreme caution when dealing with this company. They are not licensed nor bonded. They installed flooring in our home in March of 2020. The flooring started peeling up at the joints and Mark has failed to install new flooring. There was an independent inspection conducted and Mark refuses to provide the report as the installation was likely installed wrong. Now the only option is to file suit, which we have done, naming California Carpets and More, which does not exist in the Secretary of State data base, the flooring manufacturer, and Hutch, the installer. We have also filed a complaint with the CSLB as it is a crime to contract with a license on projects over $750.00. Our was almost $30K. The installers also damaged our walls. I would warn you against contracting with this sham company.

I had the misfortune to work with these guys, I've heard how they do terrible business from a contractor I know, but I didn't realized who they were because they closed the location on Bear Valley and moved to a new location on Apple Valley rd. and that's why I didn't realized it was them. I was asked to do a small tile floor for 1 of their customers, the customer wasn't happy about some issues and mark (the owner at california carpet), instead of asking me to fix them, he just decided to not let me finish and to hire someone else to finish the job, I confronted him about it to get paid for what I did and he had the nerve to tell me to pay $35 and take him to small court. He didn't even had the decency to inform me of his decision until I called him after he returned from his "vacation". Never again doing business with this shady individual.
