Took $50K additional to finish the job with Lenton Company and correct the areas that were not to industry standard or to building codes. Go with Lenton instead and they do the job the right way the first time and it is money well spent. Lenton Company found that 661 flooring cut/snapped a post tension cable in my shower and covered it up and also found hot wires behind my kitchen wall that were not within code causing a fire hazard. After you realize the rushed job with lack of quality that you get Jason will then tell you that is why they are priced very generously. A professional contractor that operates within the California regulations is only allowed to ask for $1K or 10% down of the project price. We were told we had to pay $40K in October and we did for a $80K remodel project of kitchen, flooring and shower that didn’t start until January. Project scope was to take a month and after two months the contractor has abandoned the job and left the first floor of my house unlivable. Make sure you receive a written contract that is complete and structured per BPC 7159 and that you read and understand and agree with everything before signing with any California contractor. The contract should have project and payment schedules and Jason took payment for work that was never completed. Gilbert indicated that they took my cabinets and other things during demolition and are using them for other jobs which is unethical. Jason has his father Gilbert perform most of the work and the jobs are rushed, never completed and not completed diligently or with a sense of workmanship or quality. When communicating with Jason or Gilbert about issues they are too prideful and don’t want to hear anything about an issue the customer has. Jason indicated he didn’t want to let his ego get the best of him and that he was stubborn. My expectation was for jobs to be completely finished the right way. I did request at a list of subcontractors used to perform the job to ensure each had proper license and my request was ignored. My constructive criticism for 661 Flooring is don’t overcharge, take pride and ownership for any mistakes and just correct them. As a customer I don’t want to hear that you are stubborn or anything about your ego or that what I want is too custom, all those are is excuses.

They are professional and do a great job. Timetable was 2 weeks they did it in 1 week. Jason and Gilbert are the best in the AV. Highly recommend.

Jason at 661 Flooring is absolutely amazing!! He helped to make my remodel quick, easy and painless! I came to this store after having an awful experience with another retailer, and was quickly put at ease. I wish I had the ability to give a higher rating than just 5 stars! Had vinyl planking installed in kitchen, laundry, living room and family room along with tile in bathroom. Jason was honest and beat all the other estimates. The crew showed up on time everyday and install was perfect! I am going to do master bedroom and bath next and will not hesitate to call 661 Flooring. Thank you to the crew Jesse, Gilbert, Mike, De'Angelo, Vincent and Clarence for your
hard work and professionalism. Update*** Just had fireplace remodled by 661 flooring. Turned out Awsome!

Shopped around a lot of places. 661 flooring had best services and prices around. Jason was very knowledgable and helpful. Prices were lower than the other local competitors. And Sometimes if it sounds too good to he true, than it is. So I was worried about the workmanship at such a good price. I was more than happy though, the work was excellent and top notch! I would reccomend Jason and company to anyone.

I shopped around quite a bit and 661 Flooring was able to beat other prices by a substantial amount. They removed about 1400 feet of tile (messy job!) and installed luxury vinyl planks. They also removed and replaced the kitchen countertops and backsplash. My biggest impression of the job: they arrived on time every day, the employees were kind and professional, and they cleaned up each day so that we could semi-use the house in the evenings. Would highly recommend using them!
