Had been buying a good portion of my major furniture items from this location for several years. The last bedroom set I bought left a poor impression on me and thus I likely will not be returning.

Waited several months for a top of the line furniture set to arrive. It was then delivered and installed by 2 young men. Both smelled strongly of smoke upon entry and didn't bother to consider removing or covering their shoes while walking through my home. Upon completing the assembly they realized they accidentally sold my mattress to someone else and didn't have anymore in stock...ok I used my old one for a few days until it arrived.

Started using the set to discover one of the drawers was opening/closing weird. Called the store and they sent over the two young men again. After 1 hour of messing with the drawer they decided they couldn't fix it and would contact the manufacturer. Several weeks later I get an update that extra parts were ordered.

That's the last I heard from them...Called the store several times only to be told reasons for delays. The last call I was asked to simply call back because it was a "bad time". It's now been over a year and I've resolved to just accepting the fact that the drawer will not be repaired.

Not a horrible experience. Just not what I would expect on a $10,000 bedroom set purchase.

I will only purchase furniture though Empire Furniture. They are hands down the best in customer service, quality and price. I started my decorating project by ordering furniture through popular online vendors. After being stuck with furniture that I was not in love with and would have had to pay a ton in shipping to return, I decided to go to a reputable store.

When you walk into the store you can definitely feel the warm, friendly welcome. What an amazing shopping experience! They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and even assisted me in selecting elegant, high quality pieces to create a beautiful contemporary look in my living room that I absolutely love! Wonderful furniture store! Awesome selection. Things you won't find anywhere else. From Modern/Contemporary to Renaissance it's all here. We got our entire sofa, chair, love seat, dining room, coffee table, TV stand and entire bedroom set. They have great prices and excellent service. Recommend them over other big box stores such as Becks or Ashley's. The delivery guys are quick, friendly, and professional. If you need anything related to furniture, house hold goods, and pictures and chandlers this is the place to go!

I recently bought my bedroom set all pearl white and it was gorgeous! It took me a while to choose what i wanted but george really helped me out with my decision. I got it ordered and it only took 4 days for it to get delivered to my house. Really love this store since it has alot of different types of style to choose from. They have really good cusotmer service and the guys there are really fun!! love them! Thnx George!
