Check in start 7:00am,dry van almost 8 am after go inside.too much waiting there.there is outside only 5truck parking near street.staff baheviour is good.

You really can't beat the customer service at this place! Every time I go in there the employees are SO helpful and patient. Jorge assisted me today with some column bases and questions/quotes I had about my project and was super helpful! I have ordered large beams for exposed use previously and the wood always comes beautiful without any problems ?

Been working with Jorge so far who has been beyond helpful!!! He is friendly and has great customer etiquette. I will be in to finalize my order 84 lumber is so worth it !.......just wanna give an update this place has been very awesome and Jorge continues to be very helpful they have done alot to earn our business and for that I am grateful!!! Definitely give them a call after you've called everyone else they'll earn your business.

Drove out to get a quote for a special order, was told we'd be contacted the next day. A week later, chasing down Jorge to figure out whats going on, multiple calls and broken promises, seriously got the run around and then his employee emailed us a quote that had nothing to do with our request and was just a mess. Just tell us you don't want our business next time instead of wasting our time and delaying our project. Honesty keeps customers, not giving them the runaround.

The sales associate took my call, I asked about MDF basemoulding of a certain height and thickness and if they had at least 240 feet. He put me on hold to check, he came back and said he had it in stock. I then asked are you sure, I'll be driving 40 miles this afternoon to pick it up. He confirmed he had it and told me to ask for him when I arrived. I arrived, I asked for him, he pointed it out on the rack. It was half the thickness I asked him twice about on the phone. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away. No apology at all. An 80 mile round trip for nothing.

Good place, if you can't find what you're looking for elsewhere, they probably have it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they increased thor price on cedar wood since they know its hard to find anywhere else. And usually they give me a discount, but didn't this time. Can't fault them for not giving a discount tho, they are running a business after all. But that price hike is killer.
