Our first experience with 50 flooring was excellent. Alice came out with samples for our consultation she was both professional and very knowledgeable. She helped us with choosing flooring and keeping it in our price range. Highly recommend Alice. She brought everything to us never had to leave our home. Thank you 50 flooring ! Can’t wait for our new flooring ! Will add photos once it’s been done. Update !! Our flooring was installed today it’s absolutely stunning !!! Thank you to Jonathan who worked diligently to get it all done in one day. He was both friendly and professional!!! So grateful for 50 flooring ! I highly recommend them !!!!!

We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with this company! From the wonderful job the salesperson did helping us choose exactly what we needed, to the fantastic job the installers did. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly! The installation process was so smooth, from their moving the furniture, to the tearing out the old carpet, to laying the new carpet, to the clean up, vacuuming and replacing the furniture. They all made this process so easy and we would recommend this company to everyone!

We just had a consultation visit with Allen of 50-Floors and he was so great to work with that we bought floor coverings for all the rooms in our home. Great selection of products, price and no long delivery time. They have their own installers and cover all the work. If we would have known how easy they make this process we would have done this much sooner. Thank you again Allen!

Was told Moisture is the reason for floor lifting, I see that I'm not the only one. Trim work is grade school at best! I would run, they changed my original rating to 5 star from a 1 rating.

Allen in Tampa came by and did an excellent presentation. We went with their top floors. Allen explained that we have a lifetime warranty and if anything happens to the floors 50 Floor would take care of us. He explained the history of the Company and the ethos in taking caring care of the Company in great detail. Our floors aren't down just yet, but so far so good. We felt very well taken care of and are very thankful for him stopping by and taking such good care of us. BTW, we just set the appointment up yesterday, and the floors are ready to install next week. Amazing turnaround.

Lee Flint came to our home with a good selection of flooring options. He took time to understand our needs, offer suggestions and did it all without the heavy sales pitch. He was professional, very clear on cost, product, availability and warranty. We originally called to get one bedroom flooring replaced and we ended up signing up for 3 bedrooms. The crew came within 3 days, were very polite, they cleaned as they went and all 3 bedrooms were complete in a day. The flooring looks amazing - we will definitely go back to Lee for future flooring needs.

From the time Leigh walked into my home I knew we were working with the right person and Company. He was very professional, knowledgeable and funny.
The process was quick and the numbers were the best we received. With the warranty included i feel quite comfortable proceeding with 50-50 floors.

We had a horrible experience with 50 floor and would never recommend them to anyone. Everything from scheduling and the promises of getting the job done right and quickly that they advertise is a complete lie. We agreed to have 50 floor complete our flooring project as they sold us getting it all done in the matter of 4 days. Instead they took 3 weeks and in the process they damaged cabinets in 3 bathrooms and our laundry room. The workmanship is very poor as well. Lesson learned to never hire this company again for any flooring needs in the future. The company you hire to do the work is only as good as the contractor they hire and I can say without a doubt that 50 floor does not vet or hire contractors that know what they are doing. I feel like we were ripped off.

Additionally, the contractor that caused damage did file a claim with their insurance company and we were compensated for the loss. This doesn’t make up for the very poor experience we had. We have absolutely no trust in 50 floor.
