We’ve done a complicated and thorough renovation, and both have been with us every step of the way, with ideas, solutions, guidance and enthusiasm. And a thanks, as well, to 2180 for their expert installation and flexibility. In particular, the slab we picked for a counter fractured in several spots and they recommended we change stone to avoid gluing it together or continued problems - and we had a new slab and installation within days. We’re absolutely delighted with the service and the result.

I am very impressed with 2180. From the time I contacted Kelsey at the office and all through the installation everyone was professional, prompt and helpful. Kelsey explained the entire process, helped me get the granite from Arizona to Durango and keep me posted on each step. Brian came to make the templates. He, too, was polite and knew what he was doing. When it came time for installation, I had some issues with the sink we ordered but Brian worked out the kinks with the plumber and made a proper fit. The entire crew was kind, worked hard, and did a fabulous job. They even cleaned up when finished. Excellent service all around.

During the excitement and stress of building a house, working with the team at 2180 was an oasis of calm and competence. We got our granite countertops and key lighting from them. Eirann and Remy were our counter and lighting consultants and we loved their knowledge and efficiency. When Ryan and the installers came out this past week, it was clear everyone there really knows their stuff. They were great communicators EVEN during the pandemic shutdown. And I especially liked suggestions that helped us stay in budget, like tapping into their extensive remnant yard for areas like the laundry counter. I can’t recommend these folks enough...they were truly distinctive amongst some great service providers we had on our build.
