I would like to be able to explain how this business has stolen from me. 1.- They charge you 150.00dlls for reading the plans (which is correct). The problem is when they send you the material they put too much extra material within the budget and when the extra material is returned they deduct 20% for receiving it. Besides, the driver's work is terrible and he unloads the material without caring about damaging the material and blocking the sidewalk. (which is prohibited)... without qualification a terrible place both in material and in offices

The 1st time they buy material from us. Once sold to their client, they don't properly explain to their client what to watch out. Now, they just blame the manufacture. Told them that we can go out to inspect with a small fee, and if it is warranty then we can refund the fee. But they continue to just blame us and hang up phone.

Very disappointed. Wanted to give the smaller guy a shot but this is not the place to go. Called ahead, had the order lined up they said they had everything in stock and it wouldn't take more than an hour to load everything up. They insisted that I pay in cash (couple thousand dollars) because I was a new customer. When I got there, had to wait three hours, and after the wait they informed me they didn't have some of the items in stock even when I had called ahead to verify, and they wanted me to wait longer for the truck to bring it in. When I suggested that they deliver the missing items at their convenience when they got it in, they refused. Further, when they loaded up my trailer, a few of the boards were in very bad shape and I asked them to exchange them but they said it would be a 25% restocking fee. What? They were literally loading bad stock on my truck. They said that yes, my request was reasonable, but they wouldn't do it. Prices were decent, but not worth the frustration, bad service, and questionable quality.
